How is this different from executive coaching?

Is there a minimum commitment?
No. Month to month. Identity shifts take time, and most people stay for six to twelve months because the compounding effect is real. But you are never locked in. If it is not working, we talk about it. If you have made the shift and you are ready to run on your own, we celebrate that.

I already understand the framework. Do I still need this?
Understanding the framework and living it are two completely different things. The manifesto says it directly: insight without accountability reverts to habit within days.
